ExactAcademy now offers engaging online webinars and PDH credits at your fingertips – Any time. Any place.

ExactAcademy offers a large library of content accepted by state boards, enabling you to fulfill your PDH requirements at your convenience, without spending time away from the office.

Registration Process

Click on the Add to Cart button at the bottom of the webinar overview page to enroll. If you already have a login account, then simply log in and complete the purchase process. If you don’t have a login account, click Register on the login page and complete the enrollment information. If you have any questions, contact us.

System Requirements

To create the live, interactive environment, PDHengineer’s webinars use both audio and video. And, there are several ways to connect:


  • Using your desktop computer, laptop, or tablet, the video connection requires a high speed internet connection such as DSL or cable. A home or office WiFi connection generally works well, but in some cases a public WiFi network such as those at coffee shops, hotels or restaurants can be too slow and may be troublesome.
  • For iPad users, a free app is available

Audio – Use your landline, your cell phone, or no phone at all!

  • Landline and cell phone users will call in to establish the audio connection. For your comfort, it is suggested that you use a speaker phone or headset.
  • If you prefer to use your computer’s audio and microphone, you will see a link on the webinar screen that will guide you through connection. It is suggested that you log in 30 minutes before the webinar begins in order to verify two-way communication.

All participants are required to make both audio and video connection to the webinar. Our system supports both Windows and Apple operating systems. While we do not suggest using a smartphone to view a webinar, depending on your phone’s capabilities it may be an option. Unfortunately, due to the large number of smartphones with varied capabilities, our tech support department cannot provide assistance for issues involving smartphone viewing.

Accessing the Webinar

After paying for your webinar reservation, you will be given the opportunity to print a Webinar Receipt that contains instructions to access the webinar. This information can also be found by clicking the My Account link at the top of any PDHengineer page, then selecting My Courses. About 10 minutes before the scheduled starting time, go to the website shown in the instructions and enter the access code as shown. You will be asked to enter your name and email address.

Then establish your audio connection using the phone number listed in the instructions or click the link on the screen if using your computer's audio. When asked to do so, enter the access code shown on the instructions.

Printing Your Certificate

After completion of the webinar, return to the ExactAcademy main website and click the My Account link in the top right corner of the screen. Select My Courses to take a short three or four question survey regarding how well we met our stated learning objectives. You will then be able to immediately print your Certificate of Completion. You can always print additional copies of this certificate by selecting My Account and then My Courses.

Risk-Free Registration and Risk-Free Cancellation Policy

Many webinars fill up quickly, so we suggest that you register as early as possible to insure your seat is available. But, what happens if you purchase a webinar, your schedule changes and you are unable to attend? Our webinar registrations are risk-free. Even if a last-minute emergency means you cannot attend, you will not lose your registration fee.

We will issue a full refund for any cancellation made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled starting time of a webinar. Just call our Customer Service Team at 470 258-4298.

For any other cancellation, we will issue a credit for the full amount of your purchase regardless of the reason you cannot attend. You can use this credit toward the purchase of any course or webinar from ExactAcademy. Simply contact our Customer Service Team at 470 258-4298 within one year of the webinar date and we’ll issue the credit. More info.

PDH credits

Webinars earn PDH credits for engineers in all states, unless otherwise stated in the literature for a specific webinar. Webinar credits are managed and issued by Decatur Professional Development, LLC, an approved provider of continuing education for engineers. For more details, check your state requirements.

ATTENTION NEW YORK ENGINEERS: Webinars from Decatur Professional Development, LLC have been accepted by the New York State Board and will fulfill the "live course" requirement.

ATTENTION WISCONSIN ENGINEERS: Webinars from Decatur Professional Development, LLC will fulfill the Wisconsin Board's "live course" requirement.

ATTENTION IOWA ENGINEERS: Webinars from Decatur Professional Development, LLC will fulfill the Iowa Board's "live and interactive training" requirement and are not subject to the cap on the number of eligible credits earned.
